But Africa will assert its place and role only if Africans themselves take the lead in order to address critical issues of concern the continent is facing.

Multicultural Day is a program that shows how diversity can be the strength of our community. The event is an opportunity to gather, share and celebrate the cultural uniqueness of groups in our community. Our vision is to get people from all walks of life to look past skin color and custom, and focus on the betterment of their communities.

Armed Conflicts in Africa
Every year across the world, armed conflicts are responsible for thousands of deaths and untold injuries, displacing refugees and entire communities. Unfortunately, Africa is plagued with these conflicts, which are, in many places, supported by military forces that aggressively maintain these dangerous tensions. These conflicts are not fights for food or basic survival, but are all too often fueled by naked political ambition.
